

Came for the free class and stayed for the great workouts and awesome people! The classes are challenging but you can go at your own pace, and Beth and the other trainers are very supportive and fun to work with. I actually like working out now! 10/10 for TFK! 👊

I took the free kickboxing class today and it was fantastic! They’re not kidding when they say it’s a total body work-out! I’ve never taken a class before with real boxing gloves and punching bags! It is legit! Super fun!

Wear comfy workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a smile — we’ll provide everything else you need for a great class.
